On October 12 2022, a public lecture was held with the theme "The role of universities in developing technology to welcome the era of society 5.0". This lecture was held through the World Class Professor Program by Dr. Rizal Arifin from Muhammadiyah University Ponorogo (UMPO) with speaker Prof. Dr. Darminto M.Sc from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya.
