The 1st Conference of Accelerator-Based Science and Technology (CAST) 2024 was held on February 19-22, 2024, at the B.J. Habibie Building, National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN). The 1st CAST 2024 was a strategic meeting for stakeholders to share their latest ideas, discoveries, and innovations related to nuclear power development and the application of accelerator technology in various fields. Various hot topics were presented in the workshops and conference, including the development of the latest nuclear reactors, medical applications of accelerators, and the impact of this technology on scientific research. Several presentations and panel discussions were attended by participants from various research institutions, industry, and government agencies.
